Atul has extensive corporate and operational finance experience in the UK and India, most recently as a Director at Grant Thornton in Corporate Finance, involved in media and technology, including leading the FinTech practice.  Prior to that he spent 7 years at Deloitte Corporate Finance, including as Interim Head of M&A at BBC Worldwide as a secondee.  Project he has led include fundraises for a global payment solutions provider, an IPO of a binary options platform, as well as a leading independent UK-based TV production company.  Atul holds an MBA from London Business School, as well as Bachelor and Masters degrees from the University of Mumbai.
